Highlevel Roundtable in sight of European election 2024 – What Agrifood-Strategy does the EU need?

The European elections will also include a vote on EU agricultural and food policy. We want to hold a differentiated expert debate on the current situation with key figures from Berlin, Brussels, The Hague, Paris and Warsaw and discuss new starting points and possible courses of action for shaping German and European agricultural policy.
We would like to ask ourselves the following questions, among others:
What progress has the European Green Deal made in the areas of food and agriculture over the last four years and what can we expect from the new EU legislative period? What have we learned from the farmers' protests across Europe? How can food and agricultural policy in Europe be shaped in a democratic and socially just way?
