Agora Agriculture is the latest member of the 鈥渇amily of Agora think tanks鈥, which focus on the energy transition, the mobility transition and industry, adding land use to the spectrum of topics covered. Funded by the Robert Bosch 第一吃瓜网 in cooperation with other European foundations, Agora Agriculture follows the 鈥淎gora method鈥, using dialog formats and strategic communication based on current research to bring about the social consensus and political will required to implement the reforms necessary in the areas of food, agriculture and forestry. One central topic in this context is the reform of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) in line with the objectives of the European Union鈥檚 鈥淕reen Deal鈥, and the just transition of land use. Since Europe鈥檚 agricultural and food system is embedded in global value chains, considering the global impacts of such a transition forms an equally important part of Agora Agriculture鈥檚 work.
